Regan and sushi master Jojo first met in Dubai while opening Zuma, a world-class Japanese restaurant that was, at the time, awarded one of the top 100 best restaurants in the world.

The two chefs have worked closely over the years opening some of Sydney’s most loved Japanese restaurants like Riley St Garage. Now, they’ve decided to put over 40 years of combined experience, Japanese knowledge, creativity and passion into a pop-up dinner at Osteria Coogee.

Join us for a unique dining experience where Japanese cuisine meets Italian vino at Osteria Coogee’s Tokyo Takeover.

Beverage pairings are available for an additional $100pp and includes a Yuzu Spritz on arrival.
